All services are subject to availability, airline policies, and applicable fees. AeroVista acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines/travel suppliers. We do not operate as an airline.
All bookings are made exclusively via telephone by calling (844) 205-4177. When you make a booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to make the booking for all passengers included.
All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable airline base fares and taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and availability until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. AeroVista reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before finalizing your booking.
In addition to airline fares and taxes, AeroVista may charge service fees for booking, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and other requests. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you clearly before your booking is finalized.
Payment is collected securely by phone at the time of booking using major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). By providing payment information, you authorize AeroVista and its payment processors to charge the agreed total amount. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation with a booking reference number via email. AeroVista is not responsible for bookings that have not been fully confirmed and paid for.
Requests to change travel dates, routes, or passenger details are subject to the individual airline's change policies and availability. Change fees may apply, including both the airline's change fee and AeroVista's service fee. We will always inform you of applicable fees before processing any change. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to airline approval.
Cancellation of bookings is subject to the airline's fare rules. Non-refundable tickets may not be eligible for a cash refund. AeroVista will process your cancellation request and advise you of any eligible refund in accordance with the applicable airline's policy. AeroVista's service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed, except in cases of our error.
Refunds are processed according to the airline's fare rules and policies. Refund timelines vary by airline and payment method — typically 7 to 21 business days. AeroVista will initiate refund requests on your behalf but cannot guarantee the timing of refunds from airlines. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents required for your journey, including a valid passport, visas, and any required health documentation. AeroVista is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusals, or any losses arising from inadequate or invalid travel documents. We recommend checking requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before travel.
Flights are operated by independent airlines. AeroVista has no control over airline operations, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or service levels. In the event of airline-initiated schedule changes or cancellations, we will assist you in finding alternative options, but our obligations are limited to facilitation. The airline's terms and conditions of carriage apply to your travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AeroVista, Airttkt services llc, and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey. Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroVista, Airttkt services llc, Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
